*** Vendors Wanted ***

Every spring our Prosper families begin the search for camps and activities that will enrich the summer experience for their children. Gifted Minds Prosper, a local non-profit, assists those families by hosting a Summer Camp Fair. This fair provides vendors an opportunity to showcase their camps or lessons in one place, while allowing parents easy access to investigate summer opportunities for their children in one place.

This year we are hosting Summer Camp Fair in-person and offering an online directory for the Prosper community.

The Event

Gifted Minds Prosper’s 6th Annual Summer Camp Fair on Saturday, April 6th.  This Summer Camp Fair is open to the public and advertised to all Prosper ISD families.  In 2023 we had more than 200 families in attendance last year. this year's location will be at Boyer Elementary (1616 Montgomery Lane, Prosper) which is located near the stadium and sports fields where Prosper families are on many Saturdays.

This event along with the list of vendors is highly anticipated and requested by local parents to help them find summer camps for their children each year and is a fundraiser for Gifted Minds Prosper a 501(3)(c) non-profit that supports the advanced academic department at Prosper ISD.

Vendors Receive

The cost to display at this event is a non-refundable $100 donation.  As a vendor, you will…

  • be provided a 6’ table, 2 chairs, and drawing ballot box

  • be promoted to 10,000+ Prosper ISD families and have 100s of families visit the fair

  • included in pre and post fair marketing through social media and PISD Express

  • receive a contact list of all registered fair attendees

  • have first option to participate in next year’s event

  • be featured on GMP Facebook page (2,900+ followers with high engagement)

Not able to attend in person, but want to get your information to attendees?

We offer a $40 Flyers Only option.  Provide us with 300 flyers and they will be "stuffed" in our attendee bags.

To Participate

As a vendor, to secure* your spot you must:

  • fill out registration form and pay by Wednesday, March 20th

  • provide someone at your table to answer questions on the day of the event

  • provide one FREE summer camp, FREE lesson or FREE birthday party type for your drawing (no coupons or discounts)

 

*Limited spots are available and given in order of registration and payment.
